Probably replaced with FOOD SECURITY AGENDA. This was assumed since it was not mentioned in the nationwide address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Find details of ALL the Palliatives proposed measures below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MANUFACTURING BUSINESSES<br>Between Jul 2023 and Mar 2024 to 75 manufacturing enterprises will have access to N1Billion Loan at 9% per annum with a maximum of 60 months repayment for long term loan and 12 months for working capital in order to enhance their production capacity and in turn create good-paying jobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-3 is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/adesanyapartners.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/download-4.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"247\" height=\"180\" data-id=\"542\"  src=\"https:\/\/adesanyapartners.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/download-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-542\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>NON-MANUFACTURING BUSINESSES<br>Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSME) will have \u20a6125bn funds to access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>INFORMAL SECTOR:\n<ul>\n<li>Out of the \u20a6125bn, \u20a650bn will be available as Conditional Grant to 1 million Nano businesses between now and Mar 2024.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>That is, \u20a650,000 conditional grant each will be given to 1,300 Nano Business owners in each 774 LGAs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>FORMAL SECTOR:\n<ul>\n<li>The remaining \u20a675bn (out of the \u20a6125bn) will be available to fund 100,000 MSME and startups. Each enterprise to get between \u20a6500K to \u20a61m at 9% interest p.a. and a repayment period of 36 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>FOOD SECURITY AGENDA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Multi-stakeholder engagement with various farmers\u2019 associations and operators within the agricultural value chain that will ensure staple foods are available and affordable by embarking on the following plans:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-5 is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/adesanyapartners.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/food.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"272\" height=\"180\" data-id=\"543\"  src=\"https:\/\/adesanyapartners.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/food.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-543\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/adesanyapartners.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/food2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"265\" height=\"180\" data-id=\"544\"  src=\"https:\/\/adesanyapartners.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/food2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-544\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>(1) to support cultivation of 500,000 hectares of farmland and all-year-round farming practice remains on course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) \u20a6200bn of the \u20a6500bn approved by the National Assembly will be disbursed as follows:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\u20a650bn each will be invested to cultivate 150,000 hectares of rice and maize.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>\u20a650bn each will be invested to cultivate 100,000 hectares of wheat &amp;
